Position description Our Patient Care Assistants and Emergency Department Techs are critical to the well-being of our patients and have key roles in the Emergency Department's performance as well as quality improvement. Successful candidates in our department are dedicated to these initiatives, dynamic and adaptable in our fast paced environment. The Patient Care Assistant assists staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care which supports and complements nursing practice under the supervision of a registered nurse. The Patient Care Assistant carries out delegated skills that are within those functions limited by law to unliEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
