The role integrates itself into discrete parts of the VAC value add process as directed by the VAC Line Lead.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Good hand and eye coordination.
Able to understand and follow instructions.
Able to keep and maintain distinct cadences that exist within an assembly style process.
Able to properly use light material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies).
Preferred Qualification and Skill:
English as either primary or secondary language.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Working within a cold chain environment, with 90% of the time within a 35-degree refrigerated work area and occasional exposure to -10 degree frozen.
Rapid, repetitive motions while standing.
Frequent lifting of 5-pound or less packages and infrequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
